Fritsch Multiline, Euroline and spiral freezer. Line consists of 4 functional components:

Hourly output approx. 550-600 kg depending on the product.

1. MULTILINE. Product of FRITSCH GmbH. The FRITSCH MULTILINE ensures a continuous dough band. First comes the dough band former DS 400 MV-R - a 3-roll system for dough-free forming.

2. EUROLINE. Product of FRITSCH GmbH. A union of punching and cutting, folding and wetting operations in a single, continuous and automated process with great ease of use. The dough band from the MULTILINE comes first to the cutting device, which in addition to clean cutting of the band edges up to 600mm, makes 6 same dough sheets, depending. 95mm wide.

3. Vacuum filling machine. Make of Handtmann Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG. Vacuum filling machine consists of:

  • Vacuum filler VF620
  • An attachment from the standard program of the company Handtmann.  The precise mass feed into the vane cell conveyor should offer decisive quality advantages, such as a firmer cut pattern and even distribution of fillers to be filled. The integrated weight  compensation ensures increased portioning accuracy. Under filling pressure up to 40 bar, the filling is portioned in the specified weight size.

4. Conveyor (for rework) with spiral freezer. 17 meters. After the FRITSCH line, the dough pieces come to the final reworking. , This volume was developed by the company in collaboration with the FRITSCH line (speed, performance, size and weight of the product, etc.) and consists of two parts.

  •  The conveyor track, 17m long, takes over and transports the filled dough pieces from FRITSCH-Linie to freeze

5. Spiral freezer

  • the spiral freezer. A compact enclosure (3000x5000x3000mm) with spiral conveyor, in 8 floors. The integrated refrigeration system lowers the product to below -45 ° C in 40 minutes with a core temperature of -20 ° C, with a capacity of 500kg / h. Product entrance is coupled to the conveyor track and output from above with chute on the other side of the cold store.
    Total length of the line incl. Outlet conveyor and freezer = approx. 44 m
    Can be set variably.
